Irvine, CA – Four healthy naturally immune female college students have teamed up with America’s Frontline Doctors (AFLDS) to bring a science-based challenge in federal court to their school’s vaccine mandate. The Plaintiffs filed their Amended Complaint on Thursday, in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California. This important case is against the University of California (UC), one of the largest and most influential public college systems in the world. Filed on July 26, 2021, the case is currently progressing through pre-trial motions, together with an appeal currently before the U.S. Supreme Court. AFLDS is requesting the U.S. Supreme Court intervene immediately to order the trial judge to apply the correct legal standard of strict scrutiny. If successful, this would shift the burden to the government to produce a compelling reason why the government is mandating corporate biotechnology gene therapy injections (Covid-19 vaccines) into these healthy naturally immune students. AFLDS continually reviews new documents relevant to the case, including a powerful letter signed by prominent deans of the college urging the college President to forego his rush to mandate vaccines. The Plaintiffs go further, citing recent data in support of their allegation that “mandatory vaccination is a failed public health policy [and] natural immunity is a successful public health strategy that is currently working in many other countries, and in many communities within the United States.” The Amended Complaint alleges “the Defendants are unconstitutionally coercing and segregating Plaintiffs without scientific justification because Plaintiffs are exercising their constitutional, and statutory, rights to decline involuntary injection of harmful experimental drugs.” Another important aspect of the case applies to religious exemptions to vaccination. Attorney Greg Glaser, who filed the Amendment explains: “The University has laid the foundation for a bait-and-switch in 2021-22, with religious exemptions, as the college is presently offering some students a religious exemption which the college plans to unilaterally remove after it has forced students with exemptions to submit multiple Covid-19 test results. By generating false positive test results, using high cycle PCR, Defendants create an illusion of ongoing risk to prop up their ongoing separate but equal policies.” The Amended Complaint emphasizes that natural immunity is scientifically superior to Covid-19 vaccines. The Amended Complaint alleges that “[p]eople with prior COVID-19 illness appear to experience significantly increased incidence and severity of side effects after receiving the COVID-19 vaccine.” The harms include increased side effects such as: “blood clots, hemorrhage, thrombocytopenia, heart attack, and strokes; reproductive issues, including menstrual irregularities, reduced fertility, miscarriages; transmission of spike protein from vaccinated individuals, such as through breast milk and associated risk in neonates and infants; neurological disorders, including Guillain-Barré syndrome, Bell’sPalsy, transverse myelitis and unspecified neurologic damage.” AFLDS’s Amended Complaint claims that what we’re seeing is a “pandemic of the vaccinated.”

LOS ANGELES, CA– With supporting declarations from top medical experts and students, America’s Frontline Doctors has <a href="https://ymlpmail1.net/12b97mqwqavaewemmaxaqjqagau/click.php">filed a civil rights lawsuit in Federal Court</a> against the University of California (UC), targeting the university system’s plan to mandate COVID-19 vaccination for all students regardless of natural immunity. AFLDS, students and even the UC’s own top doctors, are criticizing the rushed mandate as arbitrary, unscientific, not medically necessary. Attorneys for the plaintiffs in this civil rights case cite the 14th Amendment to the US Constitution’s protection of bodily integrity, as well as two California civil rights statutes (Cal. Civ. Code sec. 51, Cal. Gov. Code sec. 11135) that prohibit discrimination on the basis of medical or genetic status. Accordingly, America’s Frontline Doctors is requesting an injunction to restrain the UC from utilizing coercion and segregation of naturally-immune and unvaccinated people in violation of Federal and State law. The primary target of the lawsuit is the UC’s unscientific one-size-fits-all vaccine mandate where the UC rejects scientifically accepted prescreening for natural immunity. One of the plaintiffs, Deborah Choi is a second-year law student at UC Irvine. In her sworn declaration, she emphasized how the UC’s vaccine mandate affects her personal stating, “The UC mandate does not respect my right to work with my doctor to assess my natural immunity to Covid-19 beyond 90 days. I am young and healthy. This mandate also puts me under duress by requiring an immediate decision within the next week. It presents me with an untenable ultimatum between being forced to take this vaccine and losing everything I have worked for at UCI including my scholarship, mentorships, leadership opportunities, financial stability, and even my very academic enrollment.” Support for the AFLDS filing has even come from UC’s own Joseph A. Ladapo, MD, PhD, associate professor with UCLA School of Medicine. “Mandating indiscriminate vaccination of persons already naturally immune or recently infected is neither rational nor safe. Based on our communications with other University of California faculty, it is our impression that many agree that mandating vaccination for individuals who have recovered from COVID-19 is unlikely to be beneficial, but they are reluctant to express this publicly due to concerns about employment security, academic promotion, or other repercussions,” stated Dr. Ladapo. “We’ve provided compelling medical evidence that vaccine mandates on young people and those who have natural immunity lacks all scientific and medical credibility,” stated Dr. Teryn Clarke of America’s Frontline Doctors. “College age students generally are at statistically zero risk from COVID-19 according to the CDC’s own data. Throughout the pandemic, the State of California established a pattern of making arbitrary decisions that impacted privacy and personal freedom of every resident. They have intentionally created a culture of fear and coercion that Americans should find shocking. This new assault is again nonsensical, not backed by science and unconstitutional.” An emergency court hearing is scheduled for August 2. AFLDS has filed additional cases to prevent vaccine mandates and segregation in other states through its legal efforts that compliment its public education campaign to provide greater transparency to Americans about COVID-19.
