‘All indoor areas, nightclubs and bars, cinemas and theaters, will operate exclusively for vaccinated’

French “Solidarity and Health” Minister Dr. Olivier Véran today announced that from September 15, unvaccinated caregivers “will no longer be able to work and you will no longer be paid,” after the announcement by President Emmanuel Macron of this category’s obligation to submit to receiving the experimental biological agent, reported AFP.

Simultaneously, Greek Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis announced that “from Friday until the end of August, all indoor areas, nightclubs and bars, cinemas and theaters, will operate exclusively for vaccinated.”

“The government serves the protection of public health with conviction but also with measures that restore normalcy in everyday life,” Mitsotakis said. “That is why today, I am announcing a series of regulations that seek to limit the spread of the virus before the Health System is besieged.

“Immediate vaccination of employees in nursing homes becomes mandatory, which is the most vulnerable category. It is not possible that those who are supposed to protect citizens most at risk themselves be potential carriers of that risk.

From September 1, mandatory vaccination will also apply to health professionals, in the public and private sectors. It is unthinkable, for example, for an unvaccinated nurse to care for an immunosuppressed cancer patient.

“Special provision is obtained for the Armed Forces. From now on, permanent soldiers and conscripts will have the opportunity, but also incentives, to be vaccinated in their units. Whenever they want the first dose, and with their enlistment the second.

“Finally, from Friday until the end of August, all indoor areas, nightclubs and bars, cinemas and theaters, will operate exclusively for vaccinated. And with an increased but predetermined number of visitors.”
