Effort attracting support from Americans concerned about the safe administration of new experimental vaccines and possible mandates

‍Los Angeles, CA – With the approval of experimental COVID-19 vaccines raising new questions about safety, transparency, and unnecessary mandates, America’s Frontline Doctors (AFLDS) today announced the launch of its latest sound-science initiative, an online petition known as Stop Medical Discrimination. The petition, which is already earning support from more than 40,000 concerned Americans, urges policy makers and the private sector to guard against mandates that restrict freedom and infringe on patient privacy and choice.

The petition reads, “All people deserve medical privacy and equality. … People should never be pressured to comply with taking an experimental vaccine. This is becoming a very real danger. The coercion can be implemented by government regulation or through policy directives by large corporations, private entities, including airlines, employers, schools, and other institutions. Such mandates are unethical and would be an assault on Americans’ medical privacy.” AFLDS hopes to present the signatures to policy makers and private entities at a later date. So-called “vaccine passports,” test-and-trace systems, race-based vaccination directives, and similar public health requirements run afoul of medical ethics and present real threats to personal privacy as well as freedom of movement and association.

Dr. Simone Gold, Founder of AFLDS, said, “The development of a vaccine should be lauded, but Americans should not blindly accept an experimental drug for an illness with a 99.7% survival rate. America’s Frontline Doctors is calling for greater transparency for concerned citizens and better data for policy makers before we embark on the largest experimental vaccination program in history. We are offering this public petition in the spirit of Jonas Salk, a pioneer in medical technology who adhered to the highest scientific and ethical standards and saved millions of lives as a result.

”Dr. Gold has been particularly outspoken against lockdown orders that are having a significant health and economic impact on millions of Americans. AFLDS was also critical of federal health experts’ decision to relegate those 65 and over to lower priority for vaccine distribution until the CDC advisory committee’s dramatic reversal on Sunday.

“We cannot so readily cast aside individual civil liberties and doctor-patient decision-making to serve the agenda of any single group, including politicians, the media, and corporations. Instead, we must provide more information about these drugs to the public and ensure our administration of the vaccines is based on science. Americans have faced the consequences of harsh government mandates throughout this pandemic. Regulators have consistently used conflicting or inaccurate information as justifications for their mandates.
